You move through the remainder of the book living within this open state in order to achieve an ongoing sense of awareness.

As you work towards building a stronger self-esteem through understanding when you need to ask for help as well as learning how to prioritize yourself, your goals will become even clearer. For those of you who are not used to prioritizing yourself, this will take some work. The New Woman provides support and guidance for you as you work through this process. Every reader will walk away with an understanding of the importance of making themselves a priority, not only for themselves but also for the ones they love and serve.

All of the knowledge you gain while reading The New Woman leads to the grand finale: Dreaming big! Each of the eight areas you have worked on up until this point will help you play bigger. How can you build on the good you already experience in your life without an abundance mentality? How can you see the opportunities you have available to you right now without the ability to live in the moment? I look at the ways you continue to keep yourself small and pull in the lessons learned in previous chapters to inspire you to dream bigger!
